Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
At Fiction Profits Academy (FPA), we're committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. We believe in our system's ability to help you successfully publish your ebook and stand behind its effectiveness.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, we ask that you engage fully with our program by publishing a ghostwritten ebook of at least 30,000 words on Amazon using the FPA system within 6 months of enrollment. This requirement ensures that you have utilized our methods to their full potential.
24-Hour Cooling-Off Period
If you have second thoughts within 24 hours of your initial payment, you can request a full refund by contacting support@fictionprofitsacademy.com.
Post 24-Hour Refund Conditions
After the initial 24 hours, refund eligibility is contingent upon the completion and publication of your ebook. If, after publishing, you feel that FPA’s program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 6 months of your ebook's publication date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Technical comprehension issues.
- Personal health problems.
